Introducing Barbara Shaub

RCM’s Director of Revenue Cycle Management

RCM Enterprise Services is pleased to introduce the newest member
of our executive management team, Barbara Shaub, MSA, CPC.
A results and performance-focused executive with significant expertise
in the complex and rapidly changing healthcare climate, Ms. Shaub is a highly
successful and proven leader in hospital revenue cycle management, system
implementation, practice management, physician relations, productivity
improvement, metrics management, and business development with more
than 30 years of leadership experience.

As Director of Revenue Cycle Management, Ms. Shaub is responsible for providing
timely follow-up on client inquires, determining the root cause of client issues,
enhancing workflow and operational efficiency, and ensuring problem resolution.
In this client-facing position, she provides leadership and guidance to the
RCM Operations division to ensure allignment with client needs and participates in activities surrounding the
SoftA/R Center of Exellence (COE).

Ms. Shaub earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Science in Healthcare
Administration from Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. She is certified by the American Academy
of Professional Coders as a Certified Professional Coder. Prior to joining RCM Enterprise Services, she was employed
by Beamont Health in Royal Oak, Michigan, and served in positions of increasing responsibility during her tenure,

which began in 1985.
